Peter is a partner at Brann & Isaacson. He represents management on labor and employment matters.  Peter serves as lead labor counsel for some of the premier employers in Maine including L.L. Bean, Inc.

Peter has a wealth of experience both advising clients on conducting internal investigations, and serving as an outside independent investigator for sensitive and high profile workplace issues.

Peter is a frequent presenter to local and national organizations giving workshops on best investigative practices, and he has spoken to many audiences on the lessons learned from the Penn State scandal.

In 2009, Peter was selected to edit the Maine Employment Law Letter, a monthly newsletter published by Business & Legal Resources.  Peter has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best lawyers in America® (2013) (Employment-Law Management).  He is current president of Maine Council of School Board Attorneys.

Sarah Mysiewicz Gill is a Senior Legislative Representative with AARP’s Government Affairs department. She serves on Maryland’s Small Business Retirement Savings Board, and was appointed to the position by House Speaker Busch. Sarah was also appointed to Pennsylvania’s Private Sector Retirement Task Force by Pennsylvania Treasurer Torsella and to the Task Force to Ensure Retirement Security for All Marylanders by Governor Martin O’Malley.

Sarah is an expert in public and private sector retirement security, budgets, taxes, and legislative processes. She has been interviewed on her work by many news outlets, including MSNBC, CNBC, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, NPR, Forbes, Governing, Washington Post, Reuters, USA Today, Consumers Union, Money Magazine and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Sarah has presented at national conferences, such as the National Conference of State Legislatures, Council on State Governments, American Bar Association, National Conference of Insurance Legislators, National Institute on Retirement Security, and Investment Company Institute. She provided the keynote address in 2015 for the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators.

Previously, Sarah worked as a tax policy analyst for a firm serving various Fortune 100 Companies. She began her career working for the Illinois Senate President on pensions and appropriations.

Sean Riley has been in the hospitality business for 5 decades, managing properties from a 19-room motel to a company with 20 hotels and close to 800 associates. In 1989 he joined, what is now, Maine Course Hospitality Group, which was a restaurant company with one hotel and 7 restaurants.

Over time, MCHG divested of its freestanding restaurants and focused on developing and operating hotels.  The current portfolio is comprised of 9 Marriott’s, 7 Hilton’s and 3 independent hotels.  Maine Course also works with third party investors to develop and manage hotel projects.

In addition to its existing 20 hotels, MCHG is involved in three projects under construction valuing over $120 Million.  And two mixed use projects in Florida in early development valued at over $150 Million.

Riley has served on local chamber boards and state wide boards like the Maine Innkeepers and Maine Tourism Association.   Currently he sits on the Owner Advisory Councils for Hampton and Courtyard, as well as numerous committees with Hilton and Marriott. His entire wife and two children all work within the company and his 2 1/2-year-old grandson is in training.
