Show Topic:
Wellness benefits are great; if your company offers something your employees want.
Imagine, however, a wellness program that provides employees with the exact wellness benefits they want or are already investing in?
The good news is, you don’t have to imagine it, because that is what Wallit provides. Join Tawny as she interviews Mike Vien, CEO and Founder of Wallit, the card-linked benefits platform and wellness wallet that makes work-life integration simpler, more productive, and more rewarding.
Mike will explain Wallit’s functionality and how it is revolutionizing how companies provide employees with the benefits that they really want and need, while aligning the workforce around shared business objectives to achieve business outcomes at the same time.
Flexibility really is key, and as employees return to the office, they will be seeking that even more than before, thus requiring businesses to meet those expectations in order to retain the top talent.
