Kathy has a passion for mentoring and developing leaders. Her clients and experience span Fortune 500 companies to start-ups in a variety of industries. She is known for action and results and bringing out the best in people. Kathy is committed to mentoring women and helping them excel in their careers and to achieve better work-life integration. She is the founder and sponsor of the Career Mentoring Alliance focused on providing leadership development and building professional networks and alliances for female leaders and entrepreneurs. Kathy serves as a Leadership Coach for the University of Illinois Leadership Certificate Program and coaches Business students as the plan and launch their careers.

Kathy serves as a board member and volunteer for The Lake County Haven, a social service agency dedicated to meeting the needs of homeless women and children. She is an active fundraiser and as a Mentor, prepares women to seek and secure employment opportunities as they rebuild their lives to live independently. Prior to establishing The Mentor Group Inc. Kathy’s experience includes international marketing and management experience in manufacturing and banking. Kathy earned undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Psychology from Western Michigan University and has completed numerous professional development programs and certifications in career development, life work planning, coaching and counseling.
