Rob practices in two primary areas: promotion law and commercial litigation.

Rob leads the Firm’s Promotion Law practice, which includes sweepstakes, skill contests, instant win games, Internet and mobile marketing promotions, trade promotions and consumer offers. Rob counsels well-known brands, as well as advertising and marketing companies, from concept development through implementation to fulfillment.  His practice also includes reviewing and drafting agency contracts, publicity agreements, and various advertising agreements.  Rob is also experienced in reviewing advertisements for television, radio, online and print marketing.  Throughout his career, Rob has worked on many popular marketing promotions, including ones seen on television shows, on well-known social media sites, and at live sporting events. He regularly speaks on promotion law topics at the annual national law conference of the Brand Activation Association.

He works with clients on program concept, contract drafting and review, state registration, and advertising. Rob has worked on many national and worldwide commercial co-ventures, including programs involving national retail sales, online sales, charitable events and popular movie releases. An article featuring Rob’s commercial co-venture practice was published in the Connecticut Law Tribune.

Rob’s litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes involving corporate, contract, employment and trademark law.  He practices include federal and state courts, as well as domestic and international arbitrations.  His experience also covers appellate practice in Connecticut and New York.

Rob previously practiced for seven years at a noted New York City law firm.
