In this segment of the HR Power Hour, CMA’s host David Ciullo discusses with Adam Hamel, Director & Chair of the Employment Practice Group at McLane Middleton the benefits, drawbacks and pitfalls of organizations disclosing within the company and/or publicly, some level of information about their pay practices.

About The Guest:

Adam Hamel is a director in McLane Middleton’s Litigation Department and chair of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group, concentrating his practice in the areas of business, employment and probate litigation.

Adam regularly assists clients on a variety of commercial and employment litigation matters, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and violations of restrictive covenants. Adam also has extensive experience working on will contests, fiduciary litigation, and guardianships.

Adam is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
