Carol is a member of the Business Development Team and works with corporations and executives to manage career transitions and change. 

Carol brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in entrepreneurial, corporate, government, nonprofit and private sector positions. Prior to joining New Directions, Carol was the founder and director of the Center for Women’s Enterprise in Rhode Island. She was also the founder and president of the Rhode Island Executive Women’s Golf Association and received national recognition from EWGA as the recipient of the Canon Businesswoman of the Year Award. 
 
Carol is currently a member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum and serves as Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee. She is also a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association, Society of Human Resource Management, Human Capital Institute and the New Talent Management Network. Carol earned an MBA from Babson College and is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership. She is a certified executive and personal coach (CPC) through the College of Executive Coaching. Carol is a contributing author to the Executive Women’s Golf Association 2014 book, Teeing Up for Success, a compilation of stories from EWGA members about how they’ve used golf to further their career, business and personal life.

Nancy Kosik is Founder and Director of NKAIPE, the Nancy Kosik Academy of International Protocol and Etiquette. Ms. Kosik launched this exciting venture following a successful career in the corporate world, as a controller for several Canadian companies.

Also certified as an Expert Etiquette and Protocol Consultant, Nancy Kosik founded the Nancy Kosik Academy of International Protocol and Etiquette, and has since provided etiquette and protocol expertise, to individuals and groups of all ages and ranks for a variety of industries.

Armed with her corporate background, combined with her studies and experience in protocol and educational development, Ms. Kosik brings in-depth knowledge and skills to the protocol and etiquette industry. As a recognized etiquette and protocol expert, who has provided “on the air” advice to individual callers through media institutions such as Global Television, CBC Radio, CJAD Radio, Readers Digest Magazine, the Gazette Newspaper, the Ottawa Citizen, and other media corporations, Ms. Kosik also conducts numerous dynamic seminars and workshops in private, corporate, academic, and organizational settings across Canada and worldwide.
