In 2000 Mark Girr spearheaded internal communications for a $26 billion financial services company, with more than 6,000 employees throughout six northeastern states.
He left that arena in 2005 to start his own consulting firm with a focus on improving internal communications, employee engagement, and intranet usability in organizations of all sizes and industry sectors. And in 2011 he partnered with Becky McKinnell to create a new breed of employee intranet now in use with several leading Maine organizations.

Nancy Kosik is Founder and Director of NKAIPE, the Nancy Kosik Academy of International Protocol and Etiquette. Ms. Kosik launched this exciting venture following a successful career in the corporate world, as a controller for several Canadian companies.

Also certified as an Expert Etiquette and Protocol Consultant, Nancy Kosik founded the Nancy Kosik Academy of International Protocol and Etiquette, and has since provided etiquette and protocol expertise, to individuals and groups of all ages and ranks for a variety of industries.
Armed with her corporate background, combined with her studies and experience in protocol and educational development, Ms. Kosik brings in-depth knowledge and skills to the protocol and etiquette industry.
