Immigration

Nathan joined the firm in 2013. His practice focuses on corporate law. Other areas of practice include corporate governance, immigration, private companies and professional practices and labor, employment and employee benefits. Prior to joining the firm, Nathan was an extern for the Honorable Joseph N. Laplante of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He was also a Teaching Assistant in the areas of Torts and Constitutional Law for the UNH School of Law.

Between college and law school, Nathan worked as an immigration paralegal in New Hampshire. He assisted attorneys in representing U.S. businesses seeking employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas for their employees. He also helped individuals seek humanitarian relief from removal, permanent residence, and U.S. citizenship.

J.D., cum laude, University of New Hampshire School of Law

Honors

Nathan served as the Chief Justice of the UNH Law Moot Court Advisory Board from 2012 to 2013. He also was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program and participated in the UNH Law Moot Court program.

Memberships and Admissions

Nathan is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Community Involvement

Nathan serves on the Intown Concord ‘Market Days’ Planning Committee. He is also a member of the Troop Committee for Boy Scout Troop 88.
