Show Topic:
After the murder of George Floyd in the summer of 2020, millions of people around the world entered into a dialogue about race and racism in America.

Many leaders and HR professionals don’t know where and how to enter the conversation effectively to have this critical conversation. On today’s episode, host CMA’s David Ciullo discusses with bestselling author Eric M. Bailey, President of Bailey Strategic Innovation Group, Wholly Shift: Changing the Conversation About Diversity, Empathy, and Privilege Using Brain Science.

We discuss his new book, The Cure for Stupidity, where Eric teaches new ways to think differently from traditional diversity training and how to get real results.

When not working or researching, Eric enjoys road cycling with his wife Jamie and their three children in Phoenix, AZ.

Eric understands that the success that he has been blessed with is not the end result, but rather a moment of time in his fight to have a greater impact on the world.
