Shaun has been providing consulting services to businesses on the topic of health and wellness since 2005. In his current role with Tooher-Ferraris Insurance Group he is responsible for the growth of the firm’s employee benefit advisory practice, partner relationships, oversight of the sales team, strategic business development partnerships, new company business channels and managing key client relationships.
He has significant expertise in developing customized solutions and overseeing strategic initiatives that positively impact his clients; organizations. Shaun has been connected to the local community through serving on the boards or advisory councils of CBIA, SHRM, Fairfield County Sports Commission, ACG, StartingBloc and the ALS Association. Shaun is currently studying to become Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), and holds his Certified in Long Term Care designation. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College with an Artium Baccalaureus degree.

Blue Sky Transformations founder Sherry Welsh spent over two decades of her career building success in the corporate world.
Blue Sky was born of her desire to help others navigate those waters. Her decades of real-world, real-work experience give her a perspective that is unique to many life and business coaches: she’s been there. As a successful woman in male-dominated manufacturing industries, Sherry has overcome many challenges through the years, and she understands the sometimes difficult environments surrounding employees and employers alike.
She spent two years in a British cosmetic packaging firm leading Global Sales teams around the world. Prior to that, she spent twenty years at Bosch building experiences in finance, sales and marketing. While at Bosch, she was named one of the top 100 women in the Automotive Industry. She is an engineer by education, yet has honed her skills as a global leader in large firms and now a full-time business owner.
She’s worked in the U.S. and abroad, including three years in Germany, which has given her a deep understanding of corporate cultures across the globe. She’s passionate about helping others choose consciously for a rewarding career and a rich and fulfilling personal life. She’s a first-person example of the power of Blue Sky.
