Celine Frueh
Human Resources Director
Allagash Brewing Co.

Lindy Graham, LCSW, launched her psychotherapy practice in Portland, Maine, fourteen years ago, addressing the needs of adults, adolescents, and couples. Her primary areas of focus have been, and continue to be, anxiety, depression, eating disorder treatment and LGBTQ health. In tandem with these services, Lindy and her team created a two-year psychotherapy fellowship program for therapists interested in deepening their clinical practice. In order to more clearly position her portfolio of services, Lindy reorganized the practice last year into three divisions for individual clients, employer clients, and training candidates. Her practice today operates under the umbrella name WellSpace Maine, while its independently-managed employer division is called WellSpace@Work.

After attending St. Michael’s College in VT, Celine Frueh studied HR Management at Bentley University outside of Boston, while starting her HR career in the technology industry. Celine has now practiced HR for over twenty years, and has advanced certifications from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute.) After 8+ years as HR Director at Allagash Brewing, she continues to enjoy the creative and collaborative world of craft beer, its unconventional and authentic approach to business, and HR as integral support to keep companies strong. Celine has a history of service in the community, serving in the past as a member of SHRM Maine’s Legislative Committee, and presently serving on the Executive Committee of Craft Beer Human Resources, on the Human Resources Committee for the Portland Museum of Art, and as a board member of Falmouth Youth Lacrosse Association. In her spare time, she enjoys the great outdoors with her three active boys and husband and attempts to take in as much of Portland’s good food and live music as life allows.
