Responding to Off Duty and Online Conduct

Brian joined the firm in 2013 and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. Prior to joining the firm he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Jeffrey R. Howard at the First Circuit Court of Appeals and a judicial intern at Rockingham County Superior Court. Brian was a teaching assistant for Legal Writing I and II and Evidence and a research assistant for Professor Mitch Simon for “Limiting the Use of Expunged Offenses in Bar and Law School Admission Processes: A Case for Not Creating Unnecessary Problems”, published in the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy.

B.A., magna cum laude, Stonehill College
J.D., magna cum laude, University of New Hampshire School of Law

Honors

Brian was the recipient of the Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. While at the University of New Hampshire School of Law he was the Managing Editor of IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review.

Brian is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
